Our projects include the observation of situations on the national and local labour market, due to which gain knowledge about the opinions of employers, employees and labour market institutions. We analyse company management methods (HR and financial policies, innovativeness or risk management), and diagnose the demand for competencies and qualifications. LEARN MOREWe pay attention to how the company is developing their employer branding and how it can be done even better. We explore working conditions, the entrepreneurship of Poles and mobility (migration, spatial and labour mobility). We also take a closer look at people in difficult situations on the labour market, for example the unemployed, the disabled, graduates and people aged 50+.
